Need help with Dropolis? Email support@promovote.com and tell us your player name, your phone model and what happened. We usually answer within a few days.

Common questions

• I changed phones, where is my city? Sign in with Apple (iPhone) or Google (Android) in the game settings on your old phone first, then sign in with the same account on the new phone.
• My progress looks old. Make sure you are online and signed in to the same account. The game keeps one cloud save per account.
• I want to report a player name. Email us the name and the leaderboard where you saw it.
• How do I delete my account? See Delete account.
